A Transaction Coordinator's job is important in helping you become a successful real estate agent. Veronique provides all the important disclosures and paperwork to you to review with your clients. She keeps track of the transaction and loads the documents into our online system database for your access. She also follows up on the documents and reminds you of what remaining documents are needed. There are over 50 documents in a transaction that need to be completed before close of escrow. It is important to understand all these documents, and you want to spend your time working with clients while ensuring you are in compliance with risk management requirements of your company. Veronique is very good at keeping you on track with the required documents and allowing you to spend more time getting business.
